Before your appointment

On the day of your appointment, avoid using heavy creams, oils, or serums that might interfere with the treatment.

Inform us in advance if you have any skin conditions, allergies, are currently pregnant, nursing, taking Accutane or other skin medications, or have allergies. Please contact Plush Peaks before booking to ensure the service is appropriate.

Alcohol may increase skin sensitivity.

Please reschedule if you are experiencing illness, have a rash, skin infection, open wound around the brow area, or a sunburn.

Refrain from using exfoliants, scrubs, or retinol products 72 hours before your appointment to prevent skin irritation.

If you're getting an eye treatment, consider removing contact lenses to avoid discomfort.

Consent and Intake forms are required for all guests. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any required forms.

Brow and lash results are unique to each client and depend on factors such as natural hair growth, skin type, lifestyle, and proper aftercare. Individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
