Booking Policies

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied towards your service total.

Squeeze-in appointments are available and are subject to an additional $20 fee.

We understand that life happens, so we allow a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 10-minutes late will incur a $10 late fee. If arrival is more than 15-minutes late, your appointment will require rescheduling.

Clients may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before their appointment without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-call, no-shows will be charged 90% of the scheduled service and will no longer be eligible to book future appointments.
